percaya4d Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and percaya4d ("percaya4d", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the percaya4d platform, including the website located at https://percaya4d.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services offered by percaya4d (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

percaya4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on percaya4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. percaya4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This age requirement applies regardless of whether gambling is permitted at a younger age under any applicable local law.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, organisation, or syndicate when placing bets or operating your Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of percaya4d or any of its associated companies.

Each eligible individual may holdonly one (1) Account on the percaya4d Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address to which you have sole access;
• A Malaysian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes;
• Your date of birth (to verify the21+ age requirement);
• Your preferred currency (MYR by default for Malaysian members).

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify percaya4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. percaya4d will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

percaya4d conducts identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including a copy of your Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport, and proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at percaya4d's sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of your Account.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is made available to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

• Access and browse the sports betting markets, live casino, slot games, lottery and arcade sections;
• Place real-money bets using funds deposited into your Account;
• Claim eligible bonuses and promotions in accordance with the applicable promotional terms;
• Interact with the24/7 customer support team for account-related queries.

5.2 Technical Access

You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other tools to access, monitor, or extract data from the Platform. Any attempt to circumvent the Platform's technical security measures, including but not limited to rate limiting, CAPTCHA, IP restrictions, or two-factor authentication systems, is expressly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

percaya4d supports the following payment methods for Malaysian members, all transacted in MYR unless otherwise specified: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC).

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your percaya4d Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. percaya4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name, matching your Account details;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the corresponding winings are eligible for withdrawal;
• percaya4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount, which may delay processing;
• Typical e-wallet withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically complete within 5-15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take 15-60 minutes.

percaya4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal programmes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active on your Account, your maximum permitted bet per round is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10–20%). Certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from claiming). Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: percaya4d reserves the right to void bonuses and withold related winnings where bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering activity is detected.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets and events listed on the percaya4d Platform. Sport-specific rules are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by percaya4d at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount is deducted from your account balance.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. percaya4d reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or if a market is suspended due to an error in the published odds. Void bets are refunded to the Member's Account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. percaya4d reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event without prior notice.
• Palpable Errors: If odds are published in error (e.g., grossly incorrect due to a technical or human error), percaya4d reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of the settled outcome. This applies to all sports markets, live casino, and other game types.

percaya4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be used as a means to generate income, resolve financial difficulties, or recover from previous losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control their spending. Increases to these limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of 24–72 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure automatic session time reminders and session duration caps to manage the time they spend on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days,3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will be prevented from creating a new Account. To initiate self-exclusion, contact support at [email protected].
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of the duration of their current session and their net wins/losses during that session.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the percaya4d Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other communication with percaya4d;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to disguise the source of funds derived from illegal activity;
• Coluding with other players, including through chip-dumping in poker or casino games, or coordinated sports betting with the intent to exploit bonuses;
• Using software tools, algorithms, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to generate winings or credits not arising from genuine gameplay;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or interfere with its normal operation through any technical means;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at percaya4d staff, other members, or any third party connected to the Platform.

All content on the percaya4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, design elements, software, odds compilation methodologies, written content, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of percaya4d or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of percaya4d.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, percaya4d, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether foreseeable or not;
• Any interruptions, delays, errors, or failures of the Platform or its infrastructure that are beyond percaya4d's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment gateway outages;
• Any winings or losses arising from bets placed based on odds that were published in error.

percaya4d's total liability to any Member in connection with a specific incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the preceding 30-day period.

percaya4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months;
• A request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authority.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct (e.g., business closure), percaya4d will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to the Member within 30 days.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Accounts under active bonus wagering requirements may require those requirements to be forfeited before closure is finalised.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which percaya4d is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body.

Nothing in this clause limits percaya4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorised access to the Platform.

percaya4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via the Platform, by email to your registered address, or through a prominent notice on the homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
